The following is a list of file formats we can use, in order of preference.

Corel Draw 9.0
     • If you are using a version 10 or above, please remember to save it down to version 9.0 prior to sending it to us.

     • Fonts are to be saved as curves.

     • If possible, please send us bitmaps with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.

Illustrator CS
     • We use Illustrator CS, therefore this version, or any version lower will be usable.

     • Fonts are to be saved as outlines.

     • If possible, please send us bitmaps with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.

Bitmaps
     • Bitmaps created in Corel Photo-Paint 9.0 or Photoshop CS can be used. If you have filters, and layers, please flatten         them before sending the file to us.
     
     • Jpegs can be used, however please be aware that it will compromise the quality and resolution of your image.

Adobe Acrobat 6.0
     • We can used Acrobat files, however this is dependent on which program the file was created in, however fonts shoule         be converted to curves/outline before sending to Acrobat.   Illustrator-created files will generally work through Acrobat.
        Files that may be unusable are those that were originally created in Quark Express and Page Maker.

• Should we be given artwork and it requires bleed, please provide layout with a 1mm bleed around the contour line.

• Artwork may be sent via Email, CD, DVD, 3.5” Floppy disk, USB Drive and Zip Disk.

• All hardcopy source art should be as clean as possible for scanning.

• Where PMS colours are provided or a critical colour match is necessary, we will always endeavour to match accordingly.

• Please note however, that whilst proofs are supplied, any hardcopy you can give us will always help.
